Charles Ray Concert Series
Charles Ray Concert Series (CRCS) is the concept of High Point, NC resident; Kent Doobrow.
Kent has always wanted to find a means to promote his hometown of High Point, while trying to make a difference in the lives of others. The untimely death of his best friend, Charles Ray, Kent began creating a music event which that would bring awareness to High Point and benefit the lives of others in the name of his best friend!

While at the same time supporting our designated local charity: West End Ministries Inc.
In 2023 Kent & CRCS connected with West End Ministries. Nonprofits play a vital role in our community and we are excited to highlight the many programs of West End Ministries as they work to make our city a stronger, healthier and more inclusive community, one family at a time.
Charles Ray
Charles Ray was a native of High Point, NC. Throughout his life, Charles was very connected to the Music Industry. After Charles’ untimely death in 2021; the Charles Ray Concert Series (CRCS) was created to celebrate his life and memorialize him through music which was so important to Charles.
